Three Bedroom Houses

The Three Bedroom Houses (100 m²) are two of the five independent residences within the Dio Escapes Signature Houses complex and correspond to the houses Prastos and Vigla.
Arranged over two levels, the houses offer spacious accommodation, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.
On the upper floor, there is a bright living room with a fireplace and a 32" plasma TV, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed. On the same level, guests will find the large traditional kitchen and a WC, as well as a private terrace with open views, which connects via an external staircase to the private garden of each residence.
On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms. Two share a common bathroom, while the third features a separate entrance and a private bathroom, offering additional privacy. All bedrooms have direct access to the private garden of each residence, furnished with outdoor seating.
Wooden floors, exposed chestnut-wood ceilings, and warm furnishings combine with the unobstructed views toward the olive grove and the sea, creating an environment of relaxation and balance.
Each residence accommodates up to 7 guests.
