The Deluxe Three Bedroom House (120 m²) is one of the five independent residences within the Dio Escapes Signature Houses complex and corresponds to the residence Parnonas.
Developed over three levels, it offers an elevated level of comfort and space, ideal for larger families or groups seeking privacy and open views.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom is particularly spacious and features a large double bed, as well as a sofa bed with a width of 1.30 m, suitable for one adult or two children/young guests.

The second bedroom includes a single bed and an additional pull-out bed that can be used when needed. When both beds are in use, the available space in the room becomes more compact due to the bed arrangement.
This level has direct access to the private furnished garden of the residence.
On the upper floor, there is the living room with a fireplace and a 32" plasma TV, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed. On the same level, guests will find the kitchen, a WC, and a covered terrace with open views toward the olive grove and the sea.
On the highest level, the master bedroom features a private bathroom and balcony, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
The residence accommodates up to 8 guests.
